ADQ, a holding and investment company based in Abu Dhabi has launched a $100 million venture capital fund in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in Jordan.

  • The funds will be invested in technology companies and startups in IT, telecommunications, financial services, education, food, agriculture, healthcare, logistics, and clean energy among others.
  • The funds will be primarily focused on Jordan with a target of strengthening its digital economy and increasing digital opportunities.  
  • ADQ invested $10 billion in three countries: Egypt, UAE, and Jordan last month to promote sustainable economic growth.
