In this edition of Techloy Weekly, we're spotlighting Uber's recent foray into Kenya's bustling transportation sector with the launch of "Electric Boda," its very first EV service in Africa.

The ride-hailing giant is shifting the gears from the traditional car and motorcycle rides into Kenya's electric two-wheelers, Electric Boda, in an exciting transformation happening on Kenya's roads.

With approximately 3,000 electric bikes hitting the streets, it's set to become a game-changer, one that promises not only environmental benefits but also economic advantages.

Kenyan citizens can breathe a sigh of relief, quite literally, as reduced emissions mean cleaner air, contributing to better health outcomes for everyone.

To a sustainable future!
