The Nigerian based startup is a digital dollar asset manager that connects Nigerians to foreign investment opportunities through products such as Fixed Income, US Real Estate, and US Stocks.
According to the company, the new registration and recognition by the US investment regulatory body will allow it to enter into more global partnerships and bring additional offerings to its customers.
It also mentioned that the license will help to bring exposure and bolster confidence in the quality of assets on its platform to users across many other countries including the US and the rest of Africa.
